ABOUT US.
Our journey began at Laurel Street Arts, where we've provided the community with a creative space to spend time with friends and family. Over the last few years we have seen an increase in interest from those wanting to delve deeper into the world of ceramics by working with clay through throwing and hand building. We invested in pottery wheels and our community proved true as our classes filled up month after month. We envisioned building a second studio devoted to those who move from painting their pottery to making their own, all while staying local. The Clay Lounge is this dream come true and we are excited to provide this new experience to all who are ready for it!
Our mission is to offer a place for all people to explore their creative side. We hope to continue inspiring our community to value art and all that it offers us, see art as important, and to continue pursuing a lifestyle that makes time for being creative.
